Status of Entries A list of entries will be made available in the Downloads section of this web site. Please allow at least 4 business days for your entry information to become available. If you don't have a current USATF membership number when you submit your entry form it will require additional time to process your entry form.

Meet Date & Times The Indoor Championships will be contested Sunday Feb. 8, 2009. The Open/Masters session will begin approx. 9:00AM. The Youth (all kids) will begin approx. 11:00 AM. Packet-pickup will begin at 8:00 AM and will continue throughout the day.
Facility The meet will be held at Carthage College (Kenosha, Wis.) in the TARC facility. For directions see the meet brochure or http://www.carthage.edu.
Meet Entry Meet entry forms must be accompanied with a 2009 USATF membership number. It's recommended participants obtain their membership online at http://www.usatf.org/membership . Entry forms must be post marked by Feb 1, 2009.
2009 USATF Youth clubs in good standing may enter their teams online (coaches only). If your club is not on this list http://www.usatf.org/clubs/search/info.asp?associationNumber=20 you must submit a paper entry form. For more information visit http://www.harriersolutions.com. Unattached, open and masters athletes must submit a paper entry form. Anyone who tries to enter online who is not supposed to will have their online entry discarded. If you're unsure what to do, ask.
