USATF Membership

A 2008 USA Track & Field Membership is required in order to compete in the meet.  Athletes may obtain a membership online at http://www.usatf.org/membership.  Junior Olympic athletes must submit a copy of their birth certificate along with their entry form and paymet.  The only exception is those whose 2008 USATF Membership Card indicates the birth date is VERIFIED. 

Entry Deadline

All paper entry forms must be post marked no later than June 6, 2008.  This is a hard and fast deadline so please mark on your calendar.  NO ENTRY FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED if post marked after June 6.  There is NO MEET DAY ENTRY.

USATF Club Team Entry

Active USATF Club teams are highly encouraged to do their entries online through PT Timing http://www.pttiming.com.  Only USATF Club teams may submit entries online.  If your club is listed on this web page http://www.usatf.org/clubs/search/info.asp?associationNumber=20 you can submit your entries online.  Everyone else must submit a paper entry form.  Individuals, unattached or high school teams must submit a paper entry form.  If you're not sure submit a paper entry form.  Unathorized entries will be discarded and you will not be allowed to compete.

Status of Entries

A list of entries will be available in the downloads section as the entry deadlines approach.  Participants are expected to verify their entries are accurate.  Please allow a minimum of 4 business days for your entry form to be processed.  To ensure your entry form is processed quickly, please obtain your USATF membership online at http://www.usatf.org/membership.

Time Schedule

See the full entry brochure for a detailed time schedule.  Packet pick-up/registration opens at 7:00 AM.  Competition begins at 9:00 AM.  The meet is conducted using a rolling schedule so it's your responsibility to ensure you arrive in time.

100/200 Meter Dash

Participants in the 100 Meter Dash and 200 Meter Dash must declare their intent to compete on meet day.  See the JO Guide in the downloads section for a detailed explanation why.  100 Meter Dash participants must declare at the time of packet pick-up.  200 Meter Dash participants must declare during the 1500 Meter Run.
